Description: Perfectly colourless and crystalline; the sweet hints of malt immediately emerge on the nose with the typical foam notes of beer. On the palate it offers the same sensations with delicate notes of tropical fruits.
Profile: High fermentation beer produced specifically for distillation
Brandy obtained from the double distillation in batch stills in a bain-marie of light and red beer with little hops produced specifically to create this fine brandy. The distillation takes place with an extremely slow process in order to bring the fresh foam and sweet notes of malt contained in the raw material back into the distillate.
Maturation: about a year in high grade stainless steel and a few months in finished grade
Total production: 500 bottles/year
Terroir: Red soil, galestro and stony ground and it's supported at 3 m underground by a clay cove that gives vineyards relief during drought seasons, keeping roots properly moisted.
