Duality' comes from combination (Duality) of Sauvignon blanc grapes produced in vineyards with opposite characteristics ... Indeed, a cru has southern exposition which allows the grapes to reach maturation higher that provide structure, warmth and softness. The other vineyard, instead, is exposed to the northeast, an area that suffers the most of the temperature range ensuring more varietal aromatic notes and a higher acidity that gives great freshness.
