Can I purchase a case of wine that I like in the selection?

Absolutely yes! Just log-in with your account credentials (email and password) and you will have access to the Selection section of the wine-club website; see also "Where do I log-in as a member to unlock the Selection section and access the catalog?"

Where do I log-in as a Member to unlock the Selection section and access the wines catalog?

Very straightforward: click on the "profile" icon, just in between the "search" icon and the "cart" icon (see below, icons in the menu bar).

These icons are located at the right end of the header menu bar (see below, full header menu bar).

By clicking on the "profile" icon, you'll get a prompt pop-up with the log-in window: just enter your account email and password! You should have set one following link received in Customer activation email after purchasing Membership the subscription (see below, sample log-in window).

How do I become a Member?

Very simple! Once you purchase one of the Membership options available (WINE FAN = 2 bottles/shipment or WINE ENTHUSIAST = 4 bottles/shipment or WINE LOVER = 6 bottles/shipment) selecting the frequency of recurring orders most appropriate for your needs (we offer monthly, bi-monthly, and quarterly shipment options), you are automatically registered as Member. Remember to activate the Member account first, setting your own password to unlock the Selection section of the wine club and the post-login functionalities of the Events section of the website: follow the link that you will receive in email immediately after purchasing your membership subscription! (see also "How do I activate my Member account?").

How do I activate my Member account?

Follow the link Activate your account in the Customer account activation email received immediately after purchasing your subscription along with the Order confirmation email, both sent to the email address you specified in the check-out process.

Remember: it is mandatory that you activate the Member account first, setting your own password to unlock the Selection section of the wine club and the post-login functionalities of the Events section of the website.

How do I manage my Membership subscription?

Access to your profile area (My Account page on website) and click on the Manage subscription link.

Can I change frequency?

Of course! We offer monthly, bi-monthly, and quarterly options. You can change the frequency of the recurring orders associated to your subscription: access to your profile area and click on the Manage subscription link, then on Change frequency link under Order frequency (upper right) and select preferred frequency (interval is fixed and pre-defined to "month(-s)").

Can I pause my subscription?

Of course! You can either pause your Active subscription or resume your Paused subscription: access to your profile area and click on the Manage subscription link, then on Pause subscription link under Subscription status (upper right).

Can I view my order history?

Of course! You can view your orders history, both already accepted subscription recurring orders and spot orders for catalogue products or special packs: access to your profile area and in the top header you will have an overview of the list of your orders (order #ID, payment status, fulfilment status, amount due).
Click on order #ID to access to the details of the single order.

Furthermore, clicking on Manage subscription link, then on "Transactions history" you can access to detailed list filtered only on recurring orders pertaining to your subscription.

Can I skip the shipment of an upcoming recurring order?

Of course! You can either skip  or resume any of the upcoming scheduled recurring orders according to the calendar of your subscription: access to your profile area and click on the Manage subscription link, then on "Manage upcoming orders" in the details section.

Can I change my payment information?

Of course! Access to your profile area and click on the Manage subscription link, then on "Payment information" in the details section: clicking on Edit, you will be able to change the credit card information associated to your account.

Can I change my addresses?

Of course! You can change your Shipping address and your Billing address: access to your profile area and click on the Manage subscription link, then on "Address and shipping information" in the details section: clicking on Edit, you will be able to change either Shipping Address or/and Billing Address.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Of course! You can cancel your subscription at any-time: access to your profile area and click on the Manage subscription link, then on "Cancel Subscription". Please help us in improving our service: complete the survey before unsubscribing!

Can I subscribe to multiple Memberships? 

Of course! You can associate more than one Membership subscription to your Member account. After log-in you'll then have an overview of the order history regardless of how many subscriptions you purchased, while clicking on the Manage Subscription link, you'll have the chance to access details of each single subscription, independently managing (as described in detail above) the follwoing functions:

  • pause/resume subscription
  • change frequency of automatic recurring orders
  • change billing/shipping address for each single subscription
  • change payment information
  • skil/restore upcoming recurring orders
  • cancel subscription

How are my orders fulfilled?

The Italian Selection partnered with an established wine distributor owning the infrastructure to fulfil consumer on-line orders. The selected partner is based in Cleveland, OH and has capabilities to ship in all States except for Alaska and Hawaii.

When are my orders fulfilled?

The recurring orders (including first order) in connection to your membership subscription placed in current month, will be fulfilled (i.e. start shipping) within 2 working weeks from order date (first order and successive recurring orders) that has been automatically acquired and time-stamped by the membership administration system.
The spot orders from catalogue and/or for special packs will be fulfilled (i.e. start shipping) within 2 working weeks from order date.
Please, allow for proper transit time in order for the product to be picked from our warehouse in NJ, re-packaged by our operational partner in OH, shipped to your premises by carrier.

Our wines are sourced from niche Italian wineries selected by Carlo Ferrini.
